Living Fitness Corporate Training program is a program that benefits both the employee and
the company providing the benefit of a before work, after work or lunch time fitness
program service. This corporate fitness training program is another way I as a trainer can
help a group of individuals, who are generally sedentary throughout their workday, get
much needed exercise to help improve both their mental and physical health. This category
of people tend to sit most of their work day causing burnout, fatigue and overall lower
